Refund Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
Track CLE currently lets new users start with a free, card-free trial unless we separately agree otherwise with you. This policy explains how refunds work if you later choose a paid subscription to the Track CLE service, operated by Duffco Ventures LLC d/b/a Track CLE.
Free trial
There is nothing to refund during a free trial because we do not collect a payment card or charge subscription fees during the trial. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@trackcle.com and we will investigate promptly.
14-day money-back guarantee
For future or paid subscriptions, if Track CLE isn’t right for you, email hello@trackcle.com within 14 days of your first subscription payment(monthly or annual) and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first purchase.
Renewals and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing (which opens our Stripe billing portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but see the exceptions below.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing period; we don’t issue partial-period refunds for downgrades.
Exceptions — we’ll always refund
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
- Charges after you canceled (when cancellation was completed before renewal).
- Extended service outages that materially prevented use, at our reasonable discretion (typically as a prorated credit or refund).
- Anything a card network or applicable law requires us to refund.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunding a subscription ends the associated plan access.
